Frequently Asked Questions
Please don’t. Try being curious about your thought processes and acknowledge them. Doing so might help you to start relaxing even though it might be challenging at first.
It is important that you do your own research, so you feel comfortable with using our Serenity Pods. We present meditation in a way that is relevant to the modern world and the way we live today.
Be realistic, but also remember that the more you can practise, the greater the benefits will be. It is better to practise as often as you can, for relatively short periods of time, rather than practising for long periods infrequently. This also helps to make mindfulness a part of your everyday life, which is of course the aim of meditation practice. Fifteen minutes a day is good, twice a day is better, but 10 minutes a day is still good – be motivated, but not too ambitious.
Mindfulness is not religious at all. Mindfulness is awareness meditation involving training to be present, undistracted and open to any experiences. It involves maintaining an awareness of the body breathing as well as a sense of simply being and appreciating each moment of our existence. As such, it, since it requires no beliefs.
Mindfulness is the ability have the mind that is fully aware of what is happening right now. It allows the minds inherent qualities to develop. Awareness is what develops insight into our own minds and hearts, and a deeper understanding of our lives and ourselves.
There are many different approaches to meditation. Essentially though, they are all methods of developing what we refer to as ‘mindfulness’ and ‘awareness’. Some are more focused on developing one or the other, but most kinds of meditation will develop both – at least to some extent.
There is evidence that practising meditation reduces stress, increases wellbeing and mental health, which can help to improve relationships. However, it is always a good idea to do your own research and decide for yourself if it is right for you. We cannot give you any guarantees that meditation will change your life, and frankly, no one should.
Many people believe they have an unusually active mind, or that they are somehow less able to practise meditation than ‘the average person’. It may be that meditation is not suitable for everyone! Everyone with an active mind struggles with the feeling that they can’t control what they are thinking about to experience peace. In fact, an over-active and out of control mind is exactly what meditation is an antidote for.
It depends on what you are looking for, but for anxiety you could see a difference within even a single session. Programs of 15-minutes per day has been shown to reduce pain sensitivity and reception after only 5 days. We believe our Wellness Pod are ideal for the person who says they are too busy to fit meditation into their life or does not feel they have an opportunity to meditate in the workplace.
Even if you fall asleep, Serenity Pod users consistently report emerging refreshed and renewed. You can return to work or go to your workout with added energy and focus; enjoying your life with an enhanced feeling of calm.
You can use the Wellness Pod at any time. Sessions will leave you feeling relaxed, replenished and recharged. Meditation and Mindfulness is a consistent practice. People who do multiple sessions per week get the best results in their practice for mindfullness.

The simple answer is YES. We are already installing our pods within small businesses and corporations, and we have already started to collaborate with a few education campus and commercial landlords. We can work with your office facility and HR teams in order to furnish your request with one or more pods as is your requirement.
To avoid any miss-interpretation and to ensure quality, our pods are for single use only. You will not be permitted to share it with someone else for the entire duration of your booking. No exceptions.

The technology of the past few decades has resulted in a large number of trades and professions working longer and more often. It’s also made it more difficult to disengage, even when you’re not there. Whether you finish work at 5:00pm or 11:00am, powering down mentally and physically is a must.
But for many people, it’s unrealistic to start work at the same time each day. Also, many people continue to work outside of their official hours. Because of this, it’s become increasingly important to create your own healthy boundaries and methods for unwinding during leisure time.
What’s the biggest challenge? Relaxing on demand! Relaxing on demand isn’t necessarily intuitive, particularly in our “always on” society. What’s relaxing to one person may not be the same for another. It’s up to you to determine what brings you a sense of calm.
Although there’s not one single activity that calms all, our Serenity Pods are a great place to start. Oxygen infused meditation in one of our Serenity Pods, can help remove stress and replace it with a calmer you. Meditation is an incredible practice that benefits us in so many different areas of life. It reduces stress, allows us to focus our minds and teaches us the joy of truly living in the moment.
Some people are comfortable sitting back with relaxing music and settling into meditation. But some of us prefer guided meditations, because it can be tough to meditate without a teacher or guide. Guided meditations walk you through a meditation, and help you find your own calm and peaceful mind.
